Prior to LSG, Phillip led Luntz Global Partners’ healthcare and energy practices and managed fully-integrated public affairs campaigns at Purple Strategies. He has also worked on political campaigns for presidential, Senate and gubernatorial candidates, including Barack Obama, Jeanne Shaheen and Chris Christie. He has spoken at national conferences, board meetings and universities across America. His work has been cited by The New York Times, Washington Post, Forbes and other publications. Phillip is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Government.
